We represent an artists’ collective. We are a group of friends who support each others’ creative talents, and we all love to take pictures for the joy of it.

The members of our collective include poets, novelists, painters, multimedia composers, musical composers, bloggers, teachers and a sailor. Each of us uses our enjoyment of the photographic process as a secondary venue for our creative expressions. And we all feel gratitude for the chance to crack open our hard drives and share with you what each of us finds visually fascinating. In the coming weeks we will be pulling our materials together to embark on discovering the talents of the artists whose work will be added to the site.

Eventually there will be a full gallery of work of individuals to sort through, and we plan to have free stuff for web use, as well as to ship signed prints on archival paper, all in due time.

We are here to share our second love with you all. We would like you to know what is self evident to us as this site is being composed and developed……that the eye of an artist is different than the eye of a professional photographer.

We know that the greatest of photographers who have gained recognition for their work are those who were professional photographers with artists eyes. But what makes yourflowerpower.com unique is that it is also a social experiment in sharing beauty and the support of the arts.

We look forward to completing construction on the site, and would value any feedback you may have.
